We keep the information you give us private using data protection principles found in the law. We use an organisation called NEC Software Solutions UK (formerly called Northgate public services) to store your information. Access is on a strict 'need to know' basis.
The transfer of data between us and Northgate is carried out securely in line with our data security rules.
