Planning applications maintenance - June 19th -20th 2025

Between Thursday 19th June and Friday 20th June 2025, due to essential maintenance on the planning applications system, searching planning applications will not be available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Note: You are still able to make comments against Planning applications, please email DM@thurrock.gov.uk

Planning records online

You can check the details and progress of applications online without having to visit the council offices or telephone us.

Please note: Planning Application 24/01051/OUT has an extended neighbour comment reply back date. You can make your comments up until the application is taken to planning committee in 2025. You can track planning applications by logging into our public access page.

Search planning records

You must register and login to our planning and licensing records system if you wish to comment on an application or be sent email updates about its progress. The system uses its own login accounts – you cannot login using your Thurrock Council 'My Account'.

By logging-in, you give consent for your comments to be made visible on the public record, as required by law.

For security reasons, you will be logged-out automatically after several minutes if you do not submit a comment or follow a link. To avoid losing unsaved work, you may prefer to take time drafting your comments on a separate document before copying them into the system.

Applications documents

All documents that form a planning application or appeal are available online. These include application forms, drawings and other supporting documentation - all the information held in paper form on public files at our Civic Offices, Grays.

When documents are published

All documents and plans submitted by the applicant should be published within 5 working days of validation.

Viewing the documents

All documents are provided as PDF files. To access the supporting documents, your browser must allow JavaScript and accept cookies from thurrock.gov.uk.

Please do not try to take measurements from your screen as they may not be accurately reflected.
