The Local Government Boundary Commission for England has concluded their review of Thurrock. The final recommendations are available at Thurrock | LGBCE.
These wards will take effect for elections on 7 May 2026.
New wards in Thurrock
Thurrock is made up of 20 electoral wards. Residents elect either 2 or 3 councillors to represent them, depending on the size of the population in their ward.
