The London Outer Orbital Path (LOOP) is walking pathway that almost completely circles Greater London. In total it is 150 miles long, but the full distance has been split into 24 bite-size walks.
Section 1 of 'London LOOP' starts at Erith in Kent. From there it goes clockwise, section by section around London, until section 24 arrives in Thurrock at Purfleet-on-Thames.
Section 24 is a walk of 5.1 miles between Rainham Rail Station and Purfleet Rail Station.
For full details of the LOOP and how to walk its sections, go to Transport for London: London LOOP.
