Join Thurrock's resident panel and focus group
Our resident engagement team is dedicated to ensuring that our tenants and leaseholders have a meaningful say in how housing services are managed and improved.
It provides a platform for you to share your concerns, ideas and needs directly with us at the council. By getting involved, residents can help shape policies and services that affect their homes and communities.
We are recruiting people to join our resident panel and focus group to help scrutinise our services including anti-social behaviour, allocating homes, building safety and complaints.
