Application to Vary a Premises Licence (Licensing Act 2003)

Wagamama Units 5&6 The Boardwalk, Lakeside Shopping Centre, West Thurrock Way, RM20 2ZP

Notice is given that WAGAMAMA LIMITED has applied to the Licensing Authority to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The Proposed application is for:

To vary the premises licence layout plans in accordance with drawing number 2540/L101 Rev.A submitted with the application.

The update the premises address to include Unit 6.

The Applicant is acquiring part of the adjacent unit (Unit 6) and incorporating this into the premises. The proposed changes to the layout comprise:

  • Extension of external customer seating area;
  • Extension of internal customer seating area to the rear of the premises;
  • Relocation of customer toilets; and
  • Reconfiguration and expansion of back of house spaces.

There is no proposed change to licensable activities, hours or conditions.

Representations must be received within 28 days of the date of this Notice.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£UNLIMITED)
