Public notice

1) The Borough Council of Thurrock gives notice that under Section 90(A-F) of the Highways Act 1980 and all other enabling powers, is considering a proposal to install a raised table on Cromwell Road & Brooke Road, Grays in the position specified below:

a.    The raised table will be located on Cromwell Road, starting from of its junction with Orsett Road in a northerly direction for a distance of 9m.  

b.    The raised table will be located on Brooke Road, starting from its junction with Orsett Road in a northerly direction for a distance of 7m.

2) The raised table would cover the full width of the road from kerb to kerb and have a maximum height of 75 millimetres.

3)  A copy of the Proposed Order together with the plans can be viewed on Thurrock Council’s website at thurrock.gov.uk/publicnotices. Alternatively the proposals can be viewed by appointment during normal office hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm) by contacting the Transport Delivery Team via transportdelivery@thurrock.gov.uk.  Those who are unable to use email can phone 01375 652652
