Mondays

Time Activity Notes
9:30am to 10:30am Stay and play For ages 12 months to 24 months. Fun activities for you and your child. The sessions promote social skills and stimulation to support your child's development. All welcome.
9:30am to 1pm 2 year-olds development assessment checks Health and development assessment to check your child's weight, height, learning, diet and behaviour. Ask for more information.
10:45am to 11:45am Stay and play For ages 24 months to 60 months. Fun activities for you and your child. The sessions promote social skills and stimulation to support your child's development. All welcome.
1:30pm to 2:30pm Baby massage For ages 0 to 12 months. Baby massage offers a wonderful opportunity for you to bond and learn how to communicate with your baby through nurturing touch and massage in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Book in advance. £12 for 6 sessions
2:30pm to 3:30pm Buggy walk For ages 0 to 60 months. All welcome.

Tuesdays

The sessions promote social skills and stimulation to support your child's development. The session also shares ideas to support your child's learning at home. All welcome.
9:30am to 11am Introduction to solids First Tuesday of the month. For ages 0 to 8 months. A programme to support parents and carers with introducing solid foods to their baby. Book in advance.
9:30am to 1pm 1 year-old development assessment checks Health and development assessment to check your child's weight, height, learning, diet and behaviour. By referral only.

1:30pm to 3:30pm Child health clinic, baby weighing For ages 0 to 60 months. All welcome
2pm to 3pm Pyramid parenting No session 6 August. For parents and carers with children aged from 5 years-old to 11 years-old. A 6-week course to raise awareness of the role parents play in promoting a positive self-image and resilience in their children. Gives parents knowledge, skills and experiences for a better relationship with their children. Book in advance.
3:45pm to 4:45pm Patch parenting No session 6 August. A parenting course that provides support with the everyday challenges of parenting young children. Sessions will cover topics such as being a parent, play, temper tantrums and praise. Parents have the opportunity to discuss other areas of concern if they wish to do so. Book in advance.

9:15am to 10:15am Dental event 7, 21 August. For ages 0 to 60 months. Helping families support their children with information on good dental hygiene, the frequency of sugars, the importance of brushing teeth and how to manage dental visits. Book in advance.
10:30am to 11:30am Stay and play – let's explore 7, 28 August. For ages 24 months to 60 months. Fun activities for you and your child. The sessions promote social skills and stimulation to support your child's development. All welcome.
1:30pm to 2:30pm Buggy walk No walk on 14 August. For ages 0 to 60 months. All welcome.
3pm to 4pm Fun, food and fitness From 7 August. For ages 18 months to 60 months. Fun, physical activities and ideas to keep your child healthy and fit. An opportunity for your child to try different types of food each week and for parents to receive advice on healthy eating including fussy eating and portion sizes. Book in advance.
