Challenging decisions

The following types of decisions can’t be called in:

• recommendations by the cabinet on the budget and policy framework to be considered by the full council
• decisions to be urgently carried out, as outlined in the access to information procedure rules in our constitution
• urgent decisions that are outside the budget and policy framework, as outlined in the budget and policy framework procedure rules in our constitution
• decisions to award a contract after a legal selection process
