Decisions that can't be called-in
The following types of decisions can’t be called in:
- recommendations by the cabinet on the budget and policy framework to be considered by the full council
- decisions to be urgently carried out, as outlined in the access to information procedure rules in our constitution
- urgent decisions that are outside the budget and policy framework, as outlined in the budget and policy framework procedure rules in our constitution
- decisions to award a contract after a legal selection process
